Luméa does not offer general in-home massage services.
To protect safety, professionalism, and the quality of each experience, appointments are offered only in approved professional or hospitality-based settings, such as select lodging, wellness, resort, or pre-approved private spaces.
Professional setup, linens, music, and premium products are included when the service location is approved.
Where are services performed?
Luméa operates within approved professional environments that offer appropriate safety, structure, and security.
Services may be available through select wellness spaces, resorts, lodging properties, spas, or partnered businesses that provide a professional setting for both client comfort and therapist safety.

Do you offer deep tissue massage?
Luméa offers medium-pressure therapeutic work designed to relieve tension while maintaining a relaxing, flowing experience.
Very aggressive or painful deep tissue techniques are not part of the Luméa experience.
How long are sessions?
All standard sessions are 100 minutes of uninterrupted hands-on care.
This allows enough time to fully relax without feeling rushed.
Is setup time included in the session?
Your booked time is hands-on massage time only.
Setup and breakdown are completed separately and do not reduce your session length.
What should I wear?
Clients may undress to their comfort level.
Professional draping is used at all times to maintain privacy and comfort.
Is Luméa a spa?
Luméa is not a traditional public spa environment.
It is a private luxury massage experience focused on intentional care, privacy, and convenience.

Only a clean, quiet space large enough for the massage table setup.
Luméa provides the rest.
Is there a travel fee?
All Luméa pricing is designed to be all-inclusive for a seamless experience.
For select mountain destination appointments, a travel accommodation fee may apply to single-session bookings due to extended travel and scheduling considerations.
This fee is waived when two or more sessions are reserved at the same location during the same visit.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Major debit and credit cards are accepted through secure online booking and invoicing.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% booking deposit is required to reserve your appointment.
The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session forfeit the booking deposit.
No-shows or terminated sessions may be charged in full.
Do you work with minors?
No. Luméa Massage is exclusively for adults ages 18 and older.
Are services available outside Idaho?
No. Services are currently offered within the state of Idaho only.
Is Luméa professional and licensed?
Yes. Luméa Massage operates professionally and maintains appropriate licensing and professional standards within Idaho.
Are your services non-sexual?
Absolutely.
Luméa Massage is a professional wellness service only.
Any inappropriate behavior, solicitation, or boundary violations will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.
Can I book for couples or groups?
Yes. Couples, friends, retreats, and small group wellness bookings may be accommodated depending on scheduling availability and location arrangements.
Sessions are scheduled individually to ensure each guest receives a personalized, uninterrupted experience.
